The basic course contains video lessons and associated interactive practice exercises. The course places an emphasis on hands-on practice to ease you into effective communication (getting to the point). The course has 18 videos and practice exercises. It takes about 4 to 6 weeks to finish the course. The student can self-pace themselves through the course. The difference between the premium and basic course is the premium course provides 48-hour instructor feedback on the uploaded homework assignments.
